A showcase of the fine independent films being created internationally,
nationally, and in the Northwest. In selecting the line-up CIFF is placing
a high premium on innovation in the use of the medium and they strongly
encourage works which approach film as FINE ART
Submission Info
In the case of narrative films, they are looking for originality in
plot and authenticity in acting. Are being accepted In addition to the
traditional genres of narrative, documentary, experimental and animation,
CIFF has set aside one day of the festival specifically to highlight
films dealing with human rights and environmental issues.Submissions
must be on VHS and accompanied by a $10.00 processing fee if mailed
from within the United States. Include a self-addressed envelope with
the correct postage if you would like your video returned.. DO NOT SUBMIT
