Cascadia Media Collective is comprised of a small but dedicated group of guerrilla journalists who create, gather and dispurse information for radical social change. We are all volunteers and unpaid.The projects we produced include: videos, audio CDs, a monthly newspaper, a weekly cable access TV show, road shows, guerrilla media trainings and this website. All of our travel expenses, equipment purchases and general office supply budget come out of our own pockets, from what we make through CMC Distro and a couple of small grants. In other words Cascadia Media Collective is a full time job with part time resources. If you would like to assist us in the never ending battle against the corporate state propaganda machine, here are a few ways to help.

You can help us show the rest of the world what is going on in your own backyard by donating both raw photage and produced video pieces. Both raw and produced video can be edited down for our weekly cable access show CMC Newsreel or possibly find it's way into the next Cascadia Media Collective video. Either way you would receive the proper credit for the video on the finshed piece. The best quality of tape for us to receive is Mini DV. After that High 8 or Digital 8 will work. VHS is fine for a produced piece to play on the TV show but is not that great for using to make a video from. Along with the tape please also include both written permission to use your tape and also some verifacation that the tape is yours to authorize the us of. Also give us the name you want to use for video credit ( if it is different than your regular name). You can send your video to:
