CMC Distro ships twice a week via the US Post Office. The cost of shipping is included in all prices. This is why Canadian and International orders are at a higher price. Arrrival time of your shipment should be from 1-3 weeks after we receive your order. If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks let us know and we will tell you it's status.
